The museum has a Community Room for hire on the first floor.
It is equipped with a large plasma screen, flipchart, air conditioning, fridge, dishwasher, hot water urns, crockery and cutlery. There are plenty of chairs and tables.
The first floor also has three toilets, one is accessible with a baby changing table and there are two further gender neutral cubicles.
Upstairs is accessed by stairs or the lift.
The room capacity is 100 people standing, 60 theatre style, 30 cafe style, 20 open horseshoe.
The museum is unable to provide catering but we are happy to recommend local suppliers.
The room can be divided to create two smaller rooms with the use of a sound proof partition wall.
